Moglar is a Human priest of Shoto from Desilyr. A member of the nomadic Tribe of the North Star, he serves as shaman and advisor to Turgan Khan, the tribe's chieftain. A soft-spoken man, Moglar serves as a counter to Turgan's more aggressive and hot-headed nature.
