Osha is a Human lyan of Mastepha, originally from Shadius. She speaks naught of her past, considering her being chosen as a member of We Who Watch to be where her life's work began. This belief is further bolstered by her being sent to aid in the construction of the priesthood's newest temple in Mentemar.
