Celore

He is an older man who lives in the outskirts of Mentemar. Many in the area consider him a little eccentric, but he is known for his plethora of knowledge about the sea and the magics therein. Sailors still come to him for advice and he, along with Truena, tends a lighthouse to aid sailors to shore.

Celore was once a great sea-mage, but a fierce shipboard battle injured him and has left him land-bound. Very few know the details of this battle, but its mark is quite visible - he walks with a pronounced limp.
