Dara is a Halfling from Weaverhill who moved with her husband Eblen and their two daughters, Rowina and Karlina, to Gascar to open Eblen's General Store. She decided to return to her home and took her youngest daughter with her after a disagreement between she and Eblen some six months ago and hasn't spoken to him or her eldest daughter since.
