Dovely was a hedge wizard from the city of Senepoli who originally created the drink known as Kookie Cola. She continued to promote its medicinal properties despite its acceptance as a beverage of choice by the city's youth. She perished along with most of the city's enhabitants when the Tidal Wave of 356 struck.
