Dranch Vargate

Dranch Vargate is a Human self-styled nobleman who currently rules the city of Vinginnore. He owns a large ranch on the outskirts of the city, raising horses for sale and breeding purposes as well as keeping a large number of other animals. Dranch calls himself "Baron Vargate", but he seems to have granted that title to himself. The only apparent reason nobody has challenged his claim is that he seems to be a fair and just ruler, and does not tax inordinately.
