Eblen is a Halfling who moved with his family from Weaverhill about six years ago. He built and now runs Eblen's General Store in Gascar along with his eldest daughter, Rowina. His wife, Dara, and younger daughter, Karlina, supposedly returned to Weaverhill about six months ago after a dispute, but he hasn't heard from them since.
