Eliot

Eliot is a ranger/mage from the city of Kimelis. He has been an adventurer for his whole life, and early in his career he was recruited by the Dewelars to become a time traveler. He serves in that capacity to this day, although he later also became a member of the Astral Rangers, and is now living in Sigil.
Eliot was originally a PC played by Bill Tsolis, then a PC played by John Proulx, and currently an NPC.
