Fracas

Fracas is a tavern located at the north end of the docks near the port area of Gascar. It is owned by The Turtle, who also owns a nearby boarding house called Rilee's. Rather fittingly, Fracas lives up (or perhaps down) to its name, as it is often the location of loud brawls and fighting. It is known to locals as the home of the seedier elements found around the waterfront.
