Great Houses of the Medici Islands

The Great Houses of the Medici Islands, sometimes called the "Halfling Great Houses", are the rulers of the Medici Islands. These seven great houses preside over the mostly Halfling island province, descended from the original settlers, who came here from Latium some five hundred years ago. Each of the Houses has its own area in which it specializes.
