Joseph Tuttle was a member of the Black Scorpions gang in Imor. He was killed by several members of a rival gang, the River Bottom Boys, who set up the crime to make it look as if it had been committed by Tripper Leebow, who had stumbled across the dying Tuttle in an alley.
