Justice League

The Justice League is an organization based in the city of Cardyl. A fast-growing sect, its members are chosen by priests of Varice in towns up and down the western shore of Shark's Fin Bay to ensure that justice is done in those places. Some of these cities sanction their actions -- Daro essentially allows them to be an arm of law enforcement in the city's bazaar and adjacent areas -- while others, such as Agropthos, consider them to be extralegal and do not condone their activities. However, this has done nothing to slow their spread.
