Moradin
From Ardrana
Moradin is the creator god of the Dwarven race of Toril. Sages of Ardrana believe he may be an alternate aspect of Severn, but that is speculation only. All information below is based on Toril's legends of The Soul Forger, as he is known.
Moradin rules the Morndinsamman, as his pantheon is called, sternly, and only his wife, Berronar Truesilver, can regularly bring a smile to his face. In some Dwarven realms, the Soul Forger is said to be the father of many deities of Dwarf, duergar, and derro alike. Moradin loathes the other goblinoid deities (those of the orcs, goblins, hobgoblins, bugbears, kobolds, and urds), and he detests the evil giant deities as well. His gruff and uncompromising nature wins him few friends outside the Morndinsamman, but he is said to be close with a number of Toril's gods.
Note: Moradin originally appeared in this form in Demihuman Deities for the AD&D game from TSR. Their use here is for the purposes of providing context for the campaign only.
