Orashelar is a High Elven diviner from Shael i'Vor. Up until recently, he served as the head divination instructor at Tarkus Academy in Nazivonema, but took a leave of absence to aid his homeland in the War for Lassomaranza. Following the Elven defeat, he has yet to return to his position.
