Qualey
From Ardrana
Qualey is an Elven witch who is the leader of a coven in northern Alior. At one time, she was an adventurer as well. She and her coven once hid the Dark Elven refugee Inzilagor, but eventually turned him out after learning of his possession of Black Razor.
Qualey was originally a PC played by Patty Donovan, and is now an NPC.
