Runtar

Runtar was the grand vizier of Odiferous, and the chief advisor to Prince Uncouthma. (His official title was "Premier Grand Marshal, Frail Vizier). He is particularly known for his small stature and frail physique, which is unlike that of the typical huge and hardy Odiferan.

Not long ago, Runtar attempted to kill Uncouthma so that he might marry Brawnhilda and lay claim to the throne of Odiferous. He was thwarted by the prince with the help of Aladdin, and was imprisoned. However, he still officially holds the rank of vizier and is occasionally called upon to perform his duties from within his cell.
