Sver

Sver is the capital and largest city in the Gnomish homeland of Alior. It is an ancient city, dating back at least a millenium, and is the starting point of the oldest continuously-used travel round in Lanad i'Sarois, the Old Gnome Road.

Sver is located along the Tevinnis River, on the eastern side of Alior and fairly near to the border with Arin. On the north side of the city lies Avin Hill, on which sit the palace of the ruling Svirt family and the preeminent temple of Teravin, the Gnomish god of agriculture.
