Thieves' Guild of Semmarch

The Thieves' guild of Semmarch has had to go even deeper underground than most, as they were one of the groups actively purged from the city by Duke Mirdael when he withdrew from the White Alliance. The guildmaster, Ilmarian, was briefly imprisoned, but has since escaped and is hiding out with others who fled the city to the south. His replacement is a fellow named Thurl.

Though they are deep underground, that does not mean they are inactive, as they do a brisk business in contraband, and also in getting people into and out of the city secretly. In this, they are aided by Morgan Bestler, proprietor of the Outlanders' Inn, who has the entrance to a hidden tunnel behind his establishment.
