Morgan Bestler

Morgan Bestler is the owner of the Outlanders' Inn in Semmarch, and also a member of the local thieves' guild. He controls access to a secret passage into and out of the city that was nearly destroyed recently when a group led by SpringRite lost control of their mules and caused a cave-in. Currently, Morgan is in the process of rebuilding this tunnel.
