Valce

Valce is a master psionicist and the only trainer of psionic talents in the SouthLands. He runs a school in the city of Morelenas, called simply the Psionic Institute, that accepts only a very few students -- not usually a problem, as those with psionic gifts are rare indeed.

Valce himself has never been the adventuring sort, feeling that such banalities detract from the pure focus of mental energies. He has been known to aid in various efforts of the White Alliance, if only because he recognizes that he has a safe haven in its capital city. He has never married, and often thinks of his students as his children, aiding them in times of need.
