Voglio is a Halfling trader, originally from Venexia. After plying his trade for several years, he decided to take up residence in Aleton. There, he acts as a distributor for the Halflings of eastern Hanaellan, selling their goods along the towns of southern Cardyl and northern Mentoncha.
