Quirkistan is a city in the eastern part of the Cardillic Desert which also lends its name to the surrounding region. The region borders Agrabah on the north, though the inhabited areas are several hundred miles apart. Quirkistan is ruled by the boy king Mahmoud Zashiftin, advised by his wazir, Khalam.
