Otillis

Otillis is a human paladin of Morelen. He was second-in-command of the White Army garrison at Semmarch, and a trusted advisor to Kent Mydland, until Hanaellan withdrew from the White Alliance. He was imprisoned shortly thereafter for plotting to overthrow the Duke, and it is believed he is still there.
