Stavin

The city of Stavin is located in the far northeastern part of Lanad i'Sarois, on the shores of the Golden Ocean and on the eastern fringe of the Camlekian Waste. It is believed that its proximity to the Golden Ocean may have saved it from the destruction wrought by Camlek. Stavin is currently ruled by the Marquis Goodale.

On the west side of the city sits a pair of hills, on the taller of which is a building called the Hatt Observatory. This building is one of the most temples to Mastepha in the world, as it is on exactly the opposite side of Ardrana from the point over which the red moon watches.
