Daniel is a Human from Earth who once traveled with Rarth Ilinix while he was posing as a Time Lord. He was present when Lorg and his companions recovered Black Razor from Inzilagor. However, after The Master stole the device, Rarth and Daniel pursued him, and the illusionist killed Daniel in the process of faking his own death.
