Czestaw

Czestaw is a Human politician and retired soldier who currently serves as mayor of the town of Altam. A veteran of the White Army who participated in several skirmishes in Lan-Zarek, Czestaw retired to his hometown about a decade ago. Several years ago, when the town's lord was revealed to be a servant of Morjec named Jerome, the citizens chose Czestaw as their new leader. Having become disenchanted with what he saw as the White Alliance's inaction against the remnants of the Onyx Empire to the north, he backed Duke Mirdael's decision to separate Hanaellan from the alliance.
