Altamer

The city of Altamer is located in southeastern Kellan. It sits at the tip of Cape Connar, where the South Coast ends and the shore turns northward toward Gascar. Although the city's harbor is not a particularly good one, the city is a haven for pleasure boaters, and also sees its fair share of ships that are making their last stop for provisions before crossing the Golden Ocean.
