Bolio's Weaponry is a shop just north of the port area in Gascar that deals primarily in gently-used weapons that the owner, Bolio, and his assistant, Thorm, refurbish. They sell these weapons to those in need, but are also willing to take weapons on consignment for a percentage of the final sales price.
