Bolio is a Human storekeeper from Wallenton who owns and operates Bolio's Weaponry in Gascar. He used to make frequent trips back to his home, which is where he met his assistant, Thorm. He intends to visit his old haunts once things in Hanaellan become more relaxed, but he is content for now to run his shop.
