Celore is an older man who lives in the outskirts of Mentemar. Many in the area consider him a little eccentric, but he is known for his plethora of knowledge about the sea and the magics therein. Sailors still come to him for advice and he, along with Truena, tends a magical lighthouse to aid sailors to shore.
