Chardilya is a Dark Elven diviner from...somewhere in the UnderWorld, or so it is assumed. She was recruited by Ambassador N'taalo of Djomba to aid his people. Following that mission, she returned to Kellan, where she set up shop at The Crossroads, where business for one who has knowledge is good.
Chardilya was a PC played by John Proulx, now an NPC.
