Lady Delia Scarsdale (nee Delia Chilmire) is a Human noblewoman from the city of Imor. She is the wife of Lord Stewart Scarsdale, head of the Scarsdale Family. They have three daughters: Ashley, Judith and Lily. She loves them all, but spends the most time nurturing, with aid from her mother, her youngest, while the family's retainer tends more to the elder daughters' needs.
