Dunlop

Dunlop is a Human and a native of Gascar. He opened The Armorer after failing to meet the rigorous training program of the White Army and decided he'd support them by becoming a resource for their armor needs. He has many friends among the military and civilian population alike thanks to his meticulous work and has even offered to stand toe-to-toe with enemies should the need arise to defend the city.
