Eisner is a Human transmuter who is in charge of the Carrolwood Project currently under development south of Gascar. He left his home in Morelenas and moved to Yensid Isle early in its development and quickly used his knowledge of business and magecraft to aid in completing Yensid's dream's realization. His efforts led his superior to offer him the opportunity to take on a project of his own.
