The Forest of Thir is the largest forest in Rannas i'Drasoin, occupying a large swath of the east-central part of the continent. It stretches from the Empire of Sambarria and the Zemodi Desert to the west nearly to the shore of the Golden Ocean to the east, where it borders Tennagir. Its far southern edge lies at the Wall of Night, at the city of Ywdi.
