Great Odiferan Bash

The Great Odiferan Bash is an annual event that takes place in Odiferous. It lasts for three days and all are welcome to participate, except for the final event, The Special Ending Thing. Competitions during the Bash include ground-shaking, yak tossing, bareback yak fighting, and cheese tasting.

On the third day, all in the city gather at the Ring of Brute Force to see the two greatest bashers compete in The Special Ending Thing. These two are chosen by Prince Uncouthma, General Gouda, Mightragor (the High Priest of Perasin), and anyone else whom the prince designates as Official Choosing People. Typically, they are chosen according to their deeds throughout the year. They begin by individually showing off their ability to smash and bash different objects and then they bash one another. The victor is he who knocks out his or her opponent with the might of their brute force. They are granted special rights as the Biggest Basher, but these rights are not known to outsiders.
