House Giacomo is one of the seven Great Houses of the Medici Islands. Like all the Halfling Great Houses, it concentrates its power in one area: crafts. They are the masters of the craftsman's guilds of the Halfling people and their work can be seen on all of the Medici Islands.
Due in large part to the ample forest resources on their home island of Lucertola, they are most noted for wood crafts. Some say ships built by this family's shipwrights rival those of other seafaring cultures.
