House of Weilan

The House of Weilan is the ruling family of the country of Dusharend in north-central Ardann i'Parastha. Its current sovereign is Garond II, the twenty-third Weilan monarch. The house was established by Weilan I in the year 441 LC. In that year, Dusharend defeated and annexed the country of Gechnard, which was then ruled by Weilan's cousin, Weinet, establishing the land's borders as they now exist. This conflict is known to historians as the Weilan War.
