Joreze is a Lastini commoner from the town of Mentemar. He is a member of the waitstaff at Haciela and is one of the few in town who speaks Kellanic. He also wrote the original menu for the inn in Kellanic, but this didn't turn out so well. Emi and Shale created a new version of the menu to aid future visitors' understanding of the inn's offerings.
