Kaputo Smarmilor

Kaputo Smarmilor is a Human nobleman who currently serves as the mayor of Wilkarren and, by extension, the Earl of Salkis. He serves as an advisor to Mirdael Hanaestor, the Duke of Hanaellan.

Kaputo is a former officer in the White Army, but was forced to resign his commission when he allowed himself to get out of shape and could no longer meet the physical requirements. Upon his father's death, he became ruler of the town of Wilkarren, and soon found himself in the midst of intrigue when the Duke began pulling away from the White Alliance. Kaputo's support for the move is considered instrumental to the fact that it came without bloodshed.
