Maris

Maris is a Gnomish druid, originally from the town of Hisvari, who currently serves as the protector of the Red Forest near Gascar. Along with Kaabou, her firedrake companion, she came to the forest about two years ago to replace the previous druid, who had passed away from natural causes. Finding the forest overrun with humanoids, including kobolds, orcs and goblins, she mobilized the forest creatures and drove most of them into the ruins of Senepoli. Recently, the beginnings of the development of the Carrolwood Entertainment District has further angered her, and she is working to protect her charge with renewed vigor.
