The Outsiders Welcoming Initiative is a plan put in place by Duquesa Delfina Envianada of Mariscora in an effort to promote the royal family's stance on making connections with other peoples of Ardrana. To this end, a Foreign Market containing shops and businesses designed to cater to the needs of non-Lastini was erected about a year ago. To date, however, it has met with minimal success, but the Duquesa is hopeful that word of mouth will bolster interest in the area.
