Pasta Al'Dente

Pasta Al'Dente is the sultan of the city of Getsistan. It was his vision that led to the city becoming the gambling capital of the the Seven Deserts, and has allowed the city to become the opulent den of iniquity that it is today. It was also Sultan Pasta that forged the alliance between his city and the city of Agrabah, and he is close friends with Sultan Bobo Al'Hamed as well. While the relationship has been rocky at times, it is still arguably the strongest in the region.
