Rennelly was a Human former member of the Astral Rangers and a member of the Free League who had become a mercenary in Sigil. His last mission was to be hired by Mace Nighthammer to help him attack a Maluur stronghold, where he was slain by a flame strike cast by a mezzoloth.
Rennelly was originally an NPC who was played for a time by Scott Ford.
