Rinogor

The city of Rinogor is located in southern Tanilon, along the southern slopes of the eastern spur of the Onyl Mountains. The Tevinnis River flows past the city, perhaps twenty miles to the west.

Rinogor was nearly destroyed by the armies of the Onyx Empire about ninety years ago, during the Wars of Arin. Its ruler was killed during the battle, but a small group of refugees were led out of the city by Xorg, a young knight who was commanded by his lord to save those whom he could.

Today, most of the city still lies in ruins. Some parts of it still stand, and are inhabited by those who are willing to work the land in the shadow of Arin.
