Samuel Hart is a private investigator who works in the city of Imor. He is only marginally a member of the Imorian Guild of Investigators, as he mostly takes jobs on his own. He is a personal friend of Judith Scarsdale, by whom he was hired her prove the innocence of Tripper Leebow. He also may or may not have some ties to the Black Scorpions.
