The Alfrut

The Alfrut is one of the Nine Families that rule the island of Transha. Their lands are on the northwestern side of the island, and are the largest division by area. Their current patriarch is Pollannar Alfrut. Their land includes Jellinyx, a well-tended wood dominated by citrus trees currently overseen by Yewnin, a druid in their employ.

Other families have accused The Alfrut of using magical means to add more land to their holdings, allowing them to grow more of the citrus trees that provide their main source of income. While they officially deny this, it is true that the area has been surveyed to have several square miles more land than when the island was first settled. Certainly, The Alfrut have also seen a rise in their fortunes in recent years as well.
