Thieves' Guild of Gascar

The Thieves' Guild of Gascar is a relatively new organization in the area. It was firmly established with the migration of a large number of halflings from the Medici Islands over the past decade or so and is rapidly gaining a strong reputation for its dealings in black market trade. The face of the guild is a halfling, Rico Tortugo, but there are persistent rumors that someone more sinister, Cheb, is working behind the scenes. Such talk is discouraged lest the speaker risks being silenced.
