Tina

Tina was the name given by Zahn to the severed head of a mamluk that he picked up while on a mission to fight a powerful undead creature. Zahn, a tiefling, identified with the head, and talked to it repeatedly. "Tina" informed Zahn and his companions that he was serving, not an undead, but the wizard Mozenrath.
After the mission ended, Zahn continued to carry the head until it was destroyed by a fireball.
