Umachi is a city in central Jiberia. It is the largest city on the peninsula, and is the capital city of the Dragon clan. Despite its importance to one side of Jiberia's most prominent rivalry, Umachi is considered something of a neutral city, as most of the land's diplomacy is carried out within its limits.
